White Barn Farm Lavender

English varieties include Hidcote Blue, Munstead, Grosso, Provencal, Super Blue and Big Blue. Cut Lavender is available from late June to late September.

The tree farm was started in 2020 and today has over 300 trees including Fraser Fir, Concolor Fir, Blue Spruce, White Spruce and Balsam Fir. Come back in a few years to pick your own!

Our small scale sugaring operation produces enough handcrafted maple syrup to keep the guests happy all year round. Come learn how we tap the majestic old maples around our property and turn it into high quality maple syrup. Take some home!

Over 40 heirloom apple trees keep us (and the hedgehogs) supplied year-round. In the last few years we have added Hale Haven Peaches, Baldwin and Liberty Apples and Bartlett Pears. Come learn how to make fresh apple cider!

Our lush gardens supply fresh fruits and vegetables to your table. Coming in the winter? Our root cellar keeps our many squash varieties fresh for eating year-round!
